Rachel and William got married on Easter Monday in Thorpe Bay. Having their ceremony at St Augustines church then on to Thorpe Bay Golf club for the reception. Considering the forecast, we did amazingly well and managed to avoid a lot of the rain. After the lovely service the car took us to on a little detour for some photos then we braved the soggy golf course for a few more. I learn’t a good lesson too, never put 7 bridesmaids plus bride and mum on a bed…the bed didn’t make it! I am beginning to believe these wet weddings are far more fun and we even managed a rain shot once it had got dark, a very rare shot. My photo of the day is the one as they came out of the church after the ceremony, just lovely. Oh and the food at the golf club was really yummy 🙂
